Phonebook is not alphabetical on CUCM registered TC devices

Hi,

We have several TC devices (such as C60's, C90's and SX20's) registered to CUCM.  The phonebooks on those devices appear to be in the order of when the contacts were added to the directory (oldest at the bottom and newest at the top) rather than alphabetical.  The favorites on the same devices are in alphabetical order.  We have several CTS endpoints and the directory contacts are alphabetical.  The phonebooks for both the TC and CTS devices come from the same directory in CUCM so why are they only alphabetized on the CTS devices?  Is there a way to change this on the TC devices so that the contacts are alphabetized? We tried upgrading to TC6.0.1.65 and still have the same results.

Hi,

There is a bug for CUCM that sounds very much like what you are reporting:

Please upgrade the CUCM to CUCM 9 and it will resolve this issue.
