What is the file format to import a phone book from a Tandberg "dir.prm" to a C, EX, or SX codec contacts ????
I do see an import button on my SX20 and was wondering if I can browse to the dir.prm file on my desktop and it will upload properly???
If not what format do I need to convert the file too???
Thanks.

No, C- and SX-series do not use that file format so it can't be imported.
You need to create an xml file which looks like this:
<LocalPhoneBook>
<Contact localId="localContactId-1" type="Person">
<DisplayName>Test1</DisplayName>
<ContactMethodGroup type="only_one_group">
<ContactMethod type="" localId="1">
<Uri>123456</Uri>
<Protocol/>
<CallRate>0</CallRate>
<CallType>Video</CallType><
/ContactMethod>
</ContactMethodGroup>
</Contact>
</LocalPhoneBook>
