From polycom room
Hi all,
Having issues with some of our endpoints between Polycom group series and Cisco SX20/C60/C40.
Connected point to point with Polycom Group 500 and Cisco SX20.
From a Cisco Room, we are able to view both cameras (near and far end) no issues.
From a polycom room, Only able to view near end camera , but far end (which is cisco) shows a video mute icon as shown image above.
Could it be due to software versions?
Cisco currently on - TC7.3.11.c1479a9
Polycom currently on - Release -6.2.0-440582
Your help is greatly appreciate

The Polycom Group 500 series software release notes (page 21) says that the Cisco devices should be running TC7.3.12. The most recent software release for these in the TC software chain is TC7.3.18, so it could be worth you doing an upgrade from TC7.3.11.
