I had a meeting with my client to have Cisco endpoints devices like SX , EX series integration and conferencing with their existing Polycom infra and with its endpoints. Can someone please confirm if it is compatible and it won't create any problem in the future ?
The endpoints, using standard H.323 and/or SIP protocols, should be compatible, however, the call handling infrastructure (gatekeeper, gateway, call manager, MCU's, etc) would be critical in successful calls.
