Polycom RealPresence Group 500 integration with CUCM 10.5

Afternoon guys,

I'm trying to integrate the Polycom system with my CUCM. The Polycom version is 4.1.3-111080.

I have created the security profile, added a system user, created a SIP profile, added the polycom device, configured the line and did the SIP configurations on the Polycom.

Are the versions compatible or am i missing any important parts of the configuration.

See below for guide used:

Make sure your Poly endpoint is up to date with its firmware (latest version for the RPG 500 is 6.2.2.1), then register it to CUCM as a 3rd party SIP endpoint.

Poly has a deployment guide that you may want to check too: https://community.polycom.com/polycom/attachments/polycom/VideoEndpoints/11785/1/Cisco_Solution_Deployment_Guide_us.pdf

The link above is expired, do you know or have any new documentation?

I was able to get my Realpresence 700 registered to CUCM 12.5 and fully working when I created it as an AS-SIP device per these instructions.

Add a Device Entry for TLS/Secure Registration (poly.com)

I didn't actually use TLS, just TCP settings.

When I created it as a basic SIP Third Party SIP device it would register but video didn't work (I'm assuming a limitation imposed by the Cisco Third Party basic, but I could be wrong)

I tried both Third Party SIP and AS-SIP and both doesn't work, not registering to CUCM 12.5 and Poly 500 upgraded to the latest rev.
