Hi,
It just works fine the layout made just works as it is designed to.
please find the image below on a call made using the same draw.xml
two Questions:
Are you using a tocuh pad or a remote ?
and after you go on a call do you press the presentaion key on remote or not ?
Thank
Ravi Kr.

ā05-16-2013 05:55 AM
Hi ,
Go ahead and reset any layouts created on TC console by factory defaults
and then apply your layout, again.
if its still not works we need to check further logs
Thanks

Hi Ravi;
I am doing redrawing layout for step step. I am doing synchronization after steps.it looks that way.but at this time. Active speaker does not seem to second monitor (DVI).
Thanks,
ā05-17-2013 07:44 AM
Hi,
The role of active speaker will not be shown with one participant.
if you have 3 particpants at that time you would be able to see the other two participants except you swicthing.
Thanks
Ravi Kr.
ā05-19-2013 11:08 PM
