Presentation problem with SX20 via MRA and CMS

Hi all,

My system have a problem with endpoint register to CUCM via MRA. My SX20 (CE 9.2.4) registered to CUCM and call to Cisco CMS 2.2.9 have problem when we share content.

**Scenario 1: Endpoint 1 (internal) and endpoint 2 (MRA) call to space 1, then share content:

   - EP 1 share content --> EP2 don't receive content stream.

   - EP 2 share content --> EP1 receive content stream normally.

**Scenario 2: EP 1 (internal) call to space1 and share content, then EP 2 (MRA) call to space 1: EP 2 can receive content stream normally. Then, I tried stop sharing and start sharing again, EP2 still can receive content normally

Anyone can help me resolve this problem?

share the expressway version and try to upgrade the endpoints to latest.

The expressway version X8.9.2. I tried to upgrade the endpoint to the lastest version but have same issue.
