Presentations dissapears after 30 minutes i Video conferences

We got three offices who bought SX20 ( 4 of them ). Video/Audio works great while the problem happens with presentations. When somebody is sharing their desktop we can all see it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes everybody looses the desktop share and we only see video/audio. The presenter still see his presentation on the screen. Then everybody has to reconnect to the meeting to get another 30 minutes. Sometimes this varies but most of the time we loose desktop sharing in within 30 minutes. All Video equipement has been updated with latest software etc. Our vendor is not able to figure this out. 

Anyone expirenced the same ?

When asking questions please also describe your deployment.

Like if or which kind of call control is used, how the network looks like, software versions,  and so on, ...

It smells like a network / firewall issue.
