Presentations on SX20

Dear All,

We had 3 site on company, Each Site had install 1 SX20 Video Confence System. The video call together is normal.But the problems is :

- When Site A , Site B and Site C video meeting, Site A presen the Power Ponit, just Site B can view the Power Point, Site C can't see.

- Do agaian Site B presentation jsut site A can view, site C can't.

- Try other way Site C presentation both of site A, and site B can view.

Help me what wrong on SX 20 on Site C?

HI,

So the problem is , Site C can't receive incoming presentation from other sites ( A & B) during a conference call.

I would like you to further confirm upon below:

1. Check if Site C SX20 can receive the presentation during a point to point call with just one site ?

2. Check the statistics for incoming presentation on Site C SX20; when the issue is happening, if it is really getting the media traffic or not ?

3. Further you can check the stats on the conference bridge if it is there ?

Hope the above steps will help you to isolate the issue further. It could be a network issue specific to site C or a configuration related.
