Prime Collaboration Manager 1.2

I am having an issue where none of my C20 or C60 endpoints will display when using the Session Monitoring tool.  However, my older Polycom endpoints do show.  All of the units show as Managed and the Full Visibilty.  No statistics show  under Peripherals, System Information, or Session Information or Session Statistics.  When I view the Endpoint monitoring screen it shows all the devices as registered but laso shows the systems as Not in Use even when they are.  Any suggestions on something I may be missing?  All of the endpoints are running TC5.1.4.29590.  Also, I have verified the credentials and SNMP, HTTP, and CLI all come back as Passed.

Hi Douglas,

What version of VCS are you running? Is the VCS added in CPCM? Is the CPCM registered as a feedback server in the VCS? Also, do you have other Tandberg endpoints besides C20s and C60s that are visible in the Session Monitoring tool registered to the same VCS?

Tyler

It turns out I had a licensing issue.
