Dear support,
I'm working with customer deploying a Collaboration Edge Solution with:
4x Expressway Core servers
2x Expressway Edge servers
Edge servers with 2 LANs each, second one with SNAT to a public IP (different for each server).
We are having problems with FW rules (ip public <-> internet) and currently we have a solution with 2 VCS C and 2 VCS E, working perfectly fine. The only difference between both deployments is the IPv4 gateway:
VCSe has the gw of the LAN2 (the one with the SNAT configurated), but the new Edge has the LAN1 gw. When I try to change to the LAN2 gw, an error window emerge: IPv4 Gateway is not reachable from the LAN interface. I can ping the LAN2 gw from the EDge...
Can this affect the Edge working properly?
Thanks,
David.

Have you created a static route to the internal network that is "behind" the LAN1?

Hi Roger.
I just found the error, the LAN2 wasn't configurated properly... sorry for your wasted time.
Best regards,
David.
