By default, C60 codec has both HDMI and DVI interfaces activated w/out any need of special license. In case of single monitor profile, one output is used for monitor connectipns and you have the second one to be used with an external monitor or videoprojector. You should configure the second video otput role as main, dual or presentation only depending what do you want to see.
