when i am trying to purge endpoints unable to remove from database its take long time "purging System ....." after that nothing will happen again its show on purge system list.
but it's removed from system category. when i am trying to register the new endpoint with same IP unable to add it's shows this system already in database. i am using TMS 14.4.0

Hello,
You need remove system in System>Purge Systems section.
Remove from system category isnt remove system from database.
Maybe help you to try another brouser.

Hi,
As Oleksandr suggested, try to do it from another browser. Are you trying it from IE? Also, please let me know if your DB is the embedded one or its external? If the issue is same on all browsers, then you can check the DB logs to see what is causing this issue.

I had the same problem using IE
This is the process I've done to add the endpoint :
- Purge the endpoint
- Set the endpoint password on the CUCM
- Refresh CUCM in TMS
- Add the endpoint in TMS
