Dear all,
I need to configure QoS on Cisco routers for support Avaya IP phones voice quality.
IP network of phones are known and 10% of BW will be reserve.
Any suggestion will be greatful.
If possible you can also share config samples.

The 10% would be the layer 3 qos on the wan interface in a service policy with class map matched with an access-list of your voice network/subnet

regarding layer 2 qos on your switches it depends on what they support mls or autoqos
if mls you just need mls qos trust dscp on your access and layer 2 uplinks or auto qos trust voip

mark RTP and SIP traffic to amount to 10% of your link, and mark this as ef or af41 then police based on those DSCP markers, voila!
