Quad Cam mikes not working with Codec Pro

I've installed a Codec Pro with quad cam and PTZ. I cant get mikes to work on Quad cam. Audio out from quad cam is working

Hi

the microphones in the quad cam unit are only there for audio triangulation for Speacker/Presenter Track feature You should use   plugged in microphones to the codec you are using E.G Room Kit Plus or Pro.
