Hi. I'm a junior video conference engineer of South Korea.
We use appliance type of TMS, but now, if we order a new TMS, then we should buy a software Ver TMS, not the appliance type.
Yes, It's ok.
However, I heard CISCO UCS user agreement dosen't allow to install the windows 2008 server for TMS basement without VMware environment.
if I ignore the such terms of agreement and install the OS without VMware, then, Can I take the Case open service?
is this true? if it is true, then, I can't understand these agreement of usage for UCS for TMS.

Could you link/specity the user agreement you are talking about?
Besides the fact that you will need some license for vmware I would not think
that a blank ucs server has such kind of restriction.
On the other hand you might want to use vmware under tms just to make your life
easier (snapshorts before upgrades, share the same server with other applications
(like vcs, cucm, dedicated sql server, linux management box, ...)
