Hi Alex.
Without any infrastructure your options are limited, you will not be able to implement jabber or lync without it. Without any infrastructure, just to recieve any calls would be difficult for you and your organization.
What i would recommend you to have a look at is the Cisco WebEx Telepresence
It is a cloud based cost effective way of managing your infrastructure and it helps you to "get-out-there" without having to invest in your own infrastrucutre or support personel. You pay per month and per user, and you get access to jabber integration and you get what you need to call other infrastrucutre and other systems can call in to you.

Hi Alex.
C20 does not support conferance's with more than one participant without an MCU(multipoint control unit)
So you would have to configure a MCU, in order of having more than a point to point call.
In order to call external collaborators you do not have to do any configuration on your endpoint(except for IP/Internet connectivity). You can call IPs and SIP URIs right away. The only thing you would have to make sure of, is that your customers and external collaborators have configured their environment correctly to accept external calls.
Happy calling

Hi Marius,
And just to use for video calls, what are the possibilities? is possible to use services like skype, MSN to connect the C20? It would be possible to integrate with services like jabber or Lync?
Thanks for your help.
