Remote Monitoring License

Hello all,

My company has been purchasing  remote monitoring licenses for all units, but how/where do I get the license key to apply?  I can provide serial numbers, MSO numbers or anything else needed to track using a recently purchased unit - Room Kit or SX80.

Hello,

You can give serial number and PO(purchase order) number of remote monitoring key to Cisco licensing team and they will generate the keys for every serial number and you can upload it on respective units (serial numbers) through web GUI under Maintenance--> Option keys

Also you can go on licensing portal and check if that is generated for your units-

Thank you! I was able to get it by opening a ticket with licensing. I don't see it on the smartlicensing page but I've asked the licensing team if they are available there.
