ROOM 70 DUAL G2 - ROOMOS 11.9.3.1

I am running RoomOS11.9.3.1 on a webex room 70 dual g2 .

Problem is no audio to the speakers. 
Logged into the codec and see no warnings on the codec. 
Volume is midrange. 
Speakers are connected properly. 

Any ideas were to look is apprecaited.

Have you checked in the web interface that all the audio outputs that are connected are turned on?

Have you tried factory resetting the device in case there is some weird setting on it?

Have you tried updating it to a recent software version (current recommended version as of the date of this post is RoomOS 11.17.3.0).

Thank you for the update ... yes to all the above .. Noticed also no power to the Camera. 
Wizard fails audio test every time after factory resets. 
CISCO SME concluded there is an internal hardware failure in the system and it's been RMA'd.
