I am running RoomOS11.9.3.1 on a webex room 70 dual g2 .Problem is no audio to the speakers. Logged into the codec and see no warnings on the codec. Volume is midrange. Speakers are connected properly. Any ideas were to look is apprecaited.

Will the self service user ID work as the UserID on the phone? The sso account is XXXXXXXXXX.ADMNA@army.mil and entering that string is a pain each time? Also on a side note isn't there a way to disable the login/pwd Personal Directory Login ?
Thank you for the update ... yes to all the above .. Noticed also no power to the Camera. Wizard fails audio test every time after factory resets. CISCO SME concluded there is an internal hardware failure in the system and it's been RMA'd. Thank you....
