Hi Mohamed,
I don't think in any document specific to SX20 have max room size defined. Only thing which I can think is that of is size of room where you can install SX20, depends on camera which you are using with SX 20 and MIC cable lenght which you can extend or if require you can use switcher with SX 20 (not supported as SX20 is not integrated device).
You can use following document
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps11424/products_implementation_design_guides_list.html which might be helpful for you.

I would also include the display methods being used will have a direct impact on roomsize; i.e. small/medium/large LED/LCD or plasma display(s), or dataprojector(s).

Let us say , my room size is 5x5 meters and 47" LCD
Is it suitable for SX20 with 4x PHDCam or 12x Cam ?

Also consider the number of people to show in the screen. It's better to have lifesize/close-to-lifesize participants in the screen than to have many tiny people showing.
So if you have 2-3 people on the far-end then I would say a 47" screen is fine. But if you have 8 people on the far-end then I would recommend something between 55" and 65" screens.
4x camera is ok for a 5x5m room

We use nothing smaller than 70" LED/LCDs in all of our meeting/board rooms; smaller of these get just the one, larger ones, two. In execs offices we normally go for 55".

Hi
As Kevin mentioned a 47"screen would be smaller if we have more than 2-4 members in the room specially if you have designed room in 2 or more rows
In that scenario 65" screen would be best suited
Rest 4x or 12x will be user choice as per devoted budget both will be good
Thanks
