roomkit software update issue

I have a Cisco Room Kit that is behind on updates.  I was instructed I needed to do a step upgrade and I downloaded the software for that step upgrade.  Today, I used the web interface to upload the software step upgrade, but now I cannot access the web interface to load new software.  Is there a work-a-round so I can get this machine operable again?

Haveing a older f/w should not render the userinterface on the webpage inaccessable. Reboot the codec ( either from the powerswitch or ssh commandline). 

if you are still unable to access the web interface - then i wold suspect its your browser (i.e Cache, cookies, security settings). If you have tried multiple browsers and computers, there Is a reset pinhole one could try.
