rss date-time feed for dmp's

I have been looking high and low for somewhere that can provide a date-time rss feed that I can then put into the display for the dmp's. This is something that one of my prospective customers wants to see.

1) Does anyone know of where there might be a publicly available feed?

or

2) Does anyone have code that they would be willing to share that I can test and give to the customer to "roll their own"?

Could you confirm that the DMP is not getting cached content for the http/rss request? If not, then I think we will need to get a sniffer capture from the DMP. The default RSS request rate is 15 minutes. This is currently hard set and not configurable.

Thanks to some pushing, I have a web page that I can access that will give me a constant time update that works. It uses SSI to make it work.
