We installed Webex Room Panorama at our customer. After installation, I made a Webex Meeting Call and the layout was strange.
During a Webex Meeting Call, the other party's screen appeared only on the 1st monitor screen, and the document sharing screen appeared on the 2nd monitor screen.
And on the document sharing monitor, the document sharing screen appeared normally.
Originally, I know that the other side's screen appears on the 1st and 2nd monitor screens, but I inquire about what kind of problem there is with the document sharing screen on the 2nd monitor.
I'd appreciate it if you could let me know if there is a solution.
