Dear Community,
I was able to lookup a serialnumber from a C20 in your CSCC sucessfully and it shows me that the Service is valid until 2014. But on your "
Product License Registration" Site it says "Page temporarily not available. Reload page and if not sucessful then call GLO as this tool might be down."
On your Site: "https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/tandbergUpgradeCheckStatus" im not able to get license key. Please get in contact with me then i can provide faulty serialnumber.

Hi Christian,
please open a TAC request and instead of config assistance choose licensing and it will reach to the team who can provide you the licenses.
webpage goes down at times so if you can try it later you can do that else contact licensing team.
