Shared Lines on SoftPhones

Callmanager 3.3.

When we set up a shared line '500' for softphone users we get an engaged tone when we access this DN.

If a 7960 is added to the shared line it rings but none of the softphones ring.

Check your device association under the user profile. make sure the softphone shows up as a device for the proper extension.
