Show Lobby Message on Telepresence Conferences

Hello Experts,

I am trying to display lobby message on scheduled conferences from TMS running 13.2 and Telepresence Server 8710 running 3.1.

I have enabled lobby screen for conferences in extended settings on TMS for Telepresence Server. And also I put a conference lobby message under the same field. However, when I schedule the conferences from TMS. I only see the meeting title with the meeting alias and meeting name. However it doesn't show the lobby screen message.

I went around on TPS to check if there are any settings on TPS, but there is nothing on TPS.

Do you have any thoughts?

I assume your TelePresence Server is configured to run in locally manged mode since you have the extended settings in TMS, and you're not using it with Conductor.

Do you see the conference lobby screen and message options on the TPS itself, see the TPS Online Help Guide on pg 39?  The extended settings in TMS should be enough, maybe try to shorten the message.

Do you see anything in the TPS logs when TMS creates the conference?
