SIP to SIP call on CME 8.6

Hi all, I'm trying to setup a video call between 9951 and IP door station 2N Helios IP that support H264 over SIP.

The audio call is working well but I see only black screen on my 9951, I don't see video also with other SIP client connected on the same CME 8.6.

I have seen a similar issue with cme 8.6 .  

Can you test with cme 8.5?

Did you finally got this to work...CUE 8.6 with the 9951 Video IP Phone ?   I am trying to do similar with my customer...juyst proposal stage and they would like their UCS540W to be able to allow the 2N Helios IP Door phone to show the video on a 9971 IP Phone.

No, I don't found any solution and I have upgraded to CCM to do this.

I think you may upgrade it CME 9 and Test, but seems you missed little bit of configuration..

How do you talk to the Door Phone? What is the number on it.?

It has been a few year since last update from epasqualotto.. I wonder if he could make it work couse I am having the same issue i got a 2h helio withouth display, just video camera.. and I want I to call a cisco 8941 video phone.. and I need to see the video on cisco 8941...

I got it to work by changing the H.264 payload type (1) to 0 and change the H.264 payload type (2) to 97.  These settings are in the Advanced Settings->Video Codec->Advanced RTP settings.  This fixed the no video on 99XX phones when calling from Helios Force door phone.

i have same system here with 2N Helios with Callmanager Express 8.8.

Video and Audio works fine, but cannot get the door release working from the IP Phone.

Phone model is 9951.

can you please share some configuration to release the door from the ipphone 9951 keypad or with a speed dial button.

Hello Shameer,

Looks like you have the difficult part of getting the voice and video working.  To activate the door solenoid to release the lock, by default just press the zero key on the phone twice while in the call.  You can change the key combination to something else to release the lock in the 2N gui application.

door is not opening by dialing 11 during the call or after call.
