Hi Community,
We are triying to implement a sip trunk directly from VCS to SBC without CUCM, once the sip trunk is established the calls are rejected with the error "Message Too big", we have created a pipe limited to 64K reducing codec but sip invite still have several m lines within invite (video, ix, etc). Do you know if is there any way to remove these m lines from invite or set delay offer to outgoing calls to this zone?
Thanks in advance

Q: What side of the call presents the error message?? The SBC or VCS
Q: What type of SBC is deployed?? CUBE, Oracle etc

Hi Eric,
The error message comes from SBC (Oracle) due all m lines and attributes within invite + SDP

You could try reducing the "SIP Max size" parameter on VCS under Configuration > Protocols > SIP

Hi,
Our main concern is that if we change this configuration it will apply to all SIP calls through VCS, so it may have impact on video calls
