SMB Video Monitoring softwaree

have the software ruinning in basic mode on my windows 7 pc also have a cisco camera on the network,
I can get bthe monitor to know it is there, but it doen not connect.
theyb are on the same subnet and there is just switch ports between them.

what am I missing?

The Camera is a Cisco PVC2300 and it is auto detected once I put in its IP addresses.and the account that I am using to have it connect has administrative priv.

I can see when I am webbed into the camera that the Video Monitoring system is trying to connect but is dropping.

I am running the 2.0.2.1 software which seems to be the last code out there for SWVMS16

Camera is setup for multicast
