We are facing an issue with a Room Kit Plus registered to the Webex cloud where the sound suddenly drops to the lowest level during the meetings.
I came across a thread describing the same issue that was solved after changing the HDMI cable between the codec and the camera. But in our case, doing this requires passive work and we need to make sure that the cable is the problem before proceeding.
Has anybody faced a similar issue and can advise on which logs are helpful for troubleshooting.
