Hi,
The devices are registered on CUCM 10.5.
We use a SX20 with Touch10 , it works fine except the Soundbar of Touch10 , it cannot be operated .
What could be the problem ?

What do you mean by soundbar? Is it the volume control button in the Touch 10 device?
Have you tried factory resetting the Touch 10 device?
Refer to the video link below and will guide you how to factory reset the device:

If factory resetting won't solve the issue, contact Cisco TAC if you have active service contract for that device. They would replace the unit if found out hardware issue.
