Hi
We have now several customers, which can only dial an IP address. Is there a way to do a source ip based routing?
Example:
source ip: 1.1.1.1; dest ip: 10.10.10.10 (VCS-E) --> translated destination: user.a@domain.com
source ip: 2.2.2.2; dest ip: 10.10.10.10(VCS-E) --> translated destination: user.b@domain.com
source ip: 3.3.3.3; dest ip: 10.10.10.10(VCS-E) --> translated destination: user.c@domain.com
The translated destiantions are known by the VCS-E.
Best Regards,
Daniel

Maybe using CPL, take a look at the VCS Admin Guide starting on pg 345.
What endpoints are they using and how are they deployed that limit them to only dialing via IP address?

Thanks a lot.
I will try that. Do you have an example?

I don't have an example at the moment, sorry.
Never said what endpoints they are using and how they're deployed, also the software version? Most endpoints should be able to dial using Annex O (alias@domain), but depending on the endpoint, they might have to upgrade the software.

Hi
Thanks anyway.
I don't know, what Endpoint's they are using and how they are deployed. I got just the information, that they can only dial an IP (also DTMF are not working).
I will try to get it working with the CPL.
Thanks a lot for your help.
