it appears this has been addressed but i would like to confirm...

Does the spark kit / spark kit plus support support HDCP local presenting? example would be external Cable / Sat receiver to HDMI input.

Not yet, I would look to CE9.6 or so for local HDCP support.

No, the SRK or SRK+ do not support local HDCP content. The only endpoint currently available as at the date of this post that does is the Cisco Webex Room 55.
