Streaming at Tandberg Edge 95 or 880 MXP

I am trying to use the streaming option at tandberg mxp device. I need nearly 200 people watch the video conference session but not attend. First i am trying at local lan but in the web interface when i start streaming i can't see any video at the screen in the web interface or when i enter the http://ip_address/stream.sdp to vlc player or quicktime player. How can i solve this?

Hi,

Consider to check your firewall settings on your PC or anti virus running on your PC that blocks streaming application.

Try also to connect directly your PC on same switch where the MXP endpoint is connected just to isolate network connectivity issues.

PC is running windows 8 and firewall off, windows defender disabled

I am trying exactly like you said but no video at streaming page

Have you enabled streaming on the endpoint and enabled the remote start? You need to do this with the remote on the endpoint. Go to the Menu > Services > Streaming > Streaming Settings, then change the "Allow Remote Start" setting to "On".

Yes, streaming enabled and allow remote start on

As you can see in the picture video screen is black
