Hi there. I am trying to find a way to disable a security log message that is showing up on our SX 20. From reading our TMS manual I thought it would be under Security, but can not find it. I also accessed the unit directly and can not find what I think is the correct setting. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Dont laugh... but the message indicates that we have not set an administrator password.
My solution is the obvious, create the password...but that is not quite an option yet. (I know)

Hi Rhonda,
On software version TC 6 or above, admin passowrd is a must and if it is not set then it will show the admin password not set error on screen all time.
i guess your only option is to set admin password either direclty or through TMS.
