I just finish connecting my SX-20 and now I need to call some one out of my net work so I know its connected correctly. All I need is a number to call to connect my telepresence.

In addition to Jens' earlier response , there are a number of sites that have been listed previously in these forums.  If you do a search you'll see a few threads such as videoconferencing-test-ipsip-addresses which include lists or links to other sites that contain numerous test sites you can use.
