SX series - no incoming video from Zoom

Hi,

I have been migrating all my endpoints from CUCM to Cisco cloud and am seeing an issue with the SX series on RoomOS9.15.

On a cloud registered SX20, connected to a Zoom meeting, any participant shares content, the incoming video is blacked out in the room with the SX.  When content share is stopped the video comes back.  

Does anybody else experience this?

Issues like this are usually firewall related, where the firewall rules are stopping (or not allowing) the content stream, and hence you see black video.
