Hi,
I have a client with a number of SX10s running CE8.3.2 registered to a VCS running X8.10. Intermittently these units cannot be called and VCS search results show a 404 error. Downgrading to CE8.2.2 (which they had previously been running) has solved the issue.
I am curious to hear if anyone here has had a similar issue with CE8.3.2.

Hi,
Can you check to see if "SIP Listen port" is enabled on the SX10. We do not recommend have that setting set to On when registered to VCS.
I would also try a later version to see if the same problem is there (it may be a bug that is fixed). But a 404 Not found may be related to several other issues and not the software version of the endpoint.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately the client has managed to delete all our vendor accounts,so none of my colleagues can remotely access them. When my account has been restored I will confirm the "SIP Listen Port" setting.
