hi

i share my computer on both screens via the unit(in dual mode) and wants to make a call

when i dail, the unit is still showing my computer on both screens and not the actual call and i need to stop sharing my computer

to see the other side or the call proccess and then share the computer again

is that how it suppose to be? is there a setting that i can change that if i try to call the screen will start showing the call proccess and not stay on sharing mode? at least 1 screen show the call process and the other one will still show the computer that i am sharing?

Normal procedure is to first establish the call, then start the presentation.

It would help if you posted the xconfiguration details.

Ok, I haven't upgraded any of our systems to TC7.3 as yet, currently running TC7.2.1.

Anyways, I would set

General Settings, Monitors to either "Dual" (as you have) or "DualPresentationOnly"

OSD AutoSelectPresentationSource to "Off" (this will stop the PC from being displayed as soon as you connect your PC and you'll either see the wallpaper or selfview depending on your preferences.)

Output HDMI1 - MonitorRole to "First"

Output HDMI2 - MonitorRole to either "Second" or "PresentationOnly"
