Hi,
We have an install were an SX20 system is being installed but screen that the camera is going on will be above a fireplace.
This means that the camera once on the TV will be at a height of 1800-1900mm from floor level.
I know you recommend 1200mm but what is the Max the camera can work at?
Regards,
Jason

The height the camera can work at is not an issue, the issue is the far end will be looking down on the top of the heads of people sitting in front of the system once you go above eye level, you'll just have to try it at different heights and find an agreeable compromise.
You can't mount it below the TV instead?

The problem we have is the TV has a soundbar underneath so camera needs to go on top. Plus if the camera was below this will increase the height of the screen

Guess in that case you're only options will be either on top of TV, or, in a lower position on either side of it. Neither of which will be great as far as eye contact is concerned, so some compromise will have to be made either way.
I would show the client the different options, and point out the limitations being imposed by the fireplace.
