SX20 cannot dial out, but i can dial it

hello,

I have a video endpoint (SX20) that I can call from my Jabber for TelePresence client however when they try to make a call out, they get a SIP 403 error. The endpoint is registered to out VCS-C and I do not see the outbound calls even making it to the VCS-C it is registered to.

 

Any ideas? They have another endpoint on the same subnet, I asked them to compare switchport configs.. for now .

Is this a internal call? Both Jabber for Telepresence and SX20 are registered on VCS-C?

If you could share the Search History on your VCS-C so it could be easy to look for the issues.

SIP addresses of the endpoints involved in the call?

Try to produce the error by making test call again and go to VCS-C > Status > Search history.
