SX20 Error Message 404?

Hello I hope you are all well.  I am in this horrible situation with CDW and Cisco to get technical support.  I had recently installed a SX20 unit, upon installing I am getting an error message 404.  What is this? 

The codec will be connected via IP to a "Blue Jeans" bridge service.  Facility claims the IP address is set up for video broadcasting but I have my doubts.  Any help would be appreciated.

We'll need a few more details to help us assist.  How is your SX20 configured, is it set up as a standalone unit, or registered to a VCS or CUCM?

Where exactly are you seeing the "404" message, and what are you doing to get it?
