We have SX20 with Multi Site Video Conferencing & Ex-60 Video End Points
Is it possbile to let someone from outside with just a laptop to join the conference ??
Is it possible to purchase hosted WebEx for example and integrate with the SX20 ( send WebEx invitation and let him join the video conference witht he SX20 and EX-60 ) ??
Regards

They can use JabberVideo; https://www.ciscojabbervideo.com/
Just bear in mind if your system is not registered to a SIP registrar, then they will have to call something like jabber@SX20_Public_IP_address (doesn't matter what they put in front of @)

SX20 support standard SIP as well as H.323 protocol, therefore it may host conference call between any standard SIP/H323 Endpoint.
As Jens mention, you may use Jabber Video (there is free cloud service as long as your firewall accept traffic), but also there is number of standard base video client software (i.e xLite).
WebEx is not yet completely integrated with video conference back-end solution (two-ways video/audio conference call), but will come in next major release.
