Hi Guys,
My Customer have the solution where we have 02 SX20 (Room 1 and Room 2) in a site A and 02 SX20 (Room 2 and Room 3) in site B. I tested the possible scenario
Site A Room 1 with Room 2 Site B - worked fine audio and video
Site A Room 1 with Room 2 Site B - worked fine audio and video
Site A Room 2 with Room 2 Site B - worked fine audio, but, video didn´t worked
Site A Room 2 with Room 3 Site B - worked fine audio and video
As additional information, this problem only all monday (this is intriguing)
I restarted the SX20 without success.
I verified the alarm and there are not alarm.
The only information suspect that I verified was:
"2019-01-14 11:26:49 UTC 0 seconds Outgoing +xxxxxxxx@10.96.104.2 NetworkRejected"

We need a little bit more information on how your devices are configured and connected.
What software versions are the endpoints running?
What call control platform are you using (CUCM, VCS, Stanalone endpoints)?
Are your firewalls configured to allow the traffic flows between all the endpoints on all the sites? (One way video is usually a firewall issue).

1) SX20 Software version TC7.3.9.b938c8e
2) CUCM is Call Control
3) I don´t have access to firewalls, but, the information that Security Team passed to me that there not blocked between endpoints,
