If you could tell us a bit more about your deployment. Sounds that you use CUCM or is it VCS+TMS?
Which versions do you run on, how is your setup/configuration, how do the calls look like and how do you initiate the conference call?

Dear Martin,
yes it is registered to CUCM by provisioning and version is TC6.1.1.7d7af15 and i am just dialing a desired extension>call from the SX20 remote control, For every user i repeat the process and they are automatically in conference,
Also how many numbers multisite licenses i have how can i know , becz i am able to add only 3 no's of participant and my sx20 is the 4th who is initiating the conference so what it will be called, as 4 users conference or 3 users conference???
Thanks

Correct number of users are 3+self, which equals 4, hence it's a "4 users conference".

Dear Wayne and Jens
Thanks for the reply,
so wayne according to your reply there will be total of 7 participants in the conference if we do the combination.
thanks

Yes, there could be up to 7, but it isn't going to look pretty.

The dialing process you're describing is using the MultiSite licence on the SX20, and not using your MCU. As Jens has indicated, this will allow yourself + 3 = 4 total participants.
To use your MCU, you'd need either all of your participants to dial the MCU's conference number for the conference you're joining, or have the MCU dial out to all the participants.
Given that your MCU is only licenced for 4 participants, that may not help, so you might need to do a combination of the two- ie, use the MCU to dial 3 participants + your SX20, then dial the others (up to 3 more) from your SX20.
The resulting layout may look a bit funky though. Your best bet would be to licence your MCU for the number of participants you want.
