SX20 no sound on TV but switching source back and forth fixed the issue

Hi All,

hope everyone are well,

this is my first post, and apologies if there's any mistake,

i have SX20, in my office boardroom, connected to 2unit of 55 LED TV, 

the current issue I have is, when the SX20 went off standby, it will have no sound when people wakes it, 

we actually cannot hear, but participants from another side can hear us,

what i did was, switching back to another source for example to HDMI2 (current SX20 on source HDM1)

then switch it back to HDMI1, which then it solved, meaning we can hear them.

now the issue is, this keep happening,

any thoughts?

What happens if you don't use standby on the TV, simply turn the TV off and on when needed?
Have you tried a different input, HDMI cable, or even a different TV?

thanks for your reply,
unfortunately i did all you've mentioned,
the problem was not always happen, but quite often, meaning it could be up for 2 days without issue, but then all of the sudden it does happen again, when it does, again i need to switch the source on the TV to another source then switch it back, it looks like the audio from the SX doesn't reach out to the TV and when the switching sources takes place, then the TV picks up the audio.
