SX20 unregistering

We just ran into an issue with our client this week in which all of the SX20’s unregistered from CUCM.  These devices have the uri configured on the unit itself.  The DX units did not unregister and they have the URI configured in CUCM.  The screens indicated a bad uri and the one unit that I looked at gave a 404 not found for the registration.  The unregistration alert gave a reason code of 13 which is keep alive timeout.  But we have not been able to find any network issues and the DX units remained registered.  As I started looking at the issue the SXs started registering again.  I have not been able to find anything in CUCM to indicate an issue.  Has anyone seen something like this happen?  Do you know of any bug in CUCM 11 that could cause this?
