I have a new SX20 that is working great, however, the web interface is not responding. When I go to the IP it flashes for, half a second, the web interface login screen, and then gives a generic "This page cannot be displayed" in the browser.
The Telnet and SSH appears to be not responding as well.
It seems all of the factory reset methods use one of those management methods, which I am unable to do. Any ideas?

You can still do a factory reset if you physically have access to the unit, see this thread

I saw that thread, and tried it 5 times. Of course, I just tried it again, and it worked!
