Sx80 Port Block identity

I installed sx80 and trying to call outside ,  I am not receiving any audio video from remote side but they remote side can see my video and hearing audio , my side side no firewall and sx80 connected directly to the router lab interface, there is no permanent static IP from provider .

how I know where is issues like port blocking isp side or remote side

If your router is doing any NAT then you need to configure the NAT settings on the endpoint.  See the SX20 Standalone discussion which has details on what needs to be configured on your endpoint, and then you will need to configure your router to match.

Thanks your reply , this router is normal dsl router , I mean public IP is dynamic not static, I can able to call outside now but couldn’t see audio video from far end and far end can see us and audio ,

There is only a dsl router and call status showing audio video receiving status “0” . Is there any option to identify exactly where the ports are being blocked?
